Welcome! This page outlines the important details regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for services offered through The Circle of Longevity Wellness Clinic.

• Payment of 30$ is required at the time of booking, and the remaining will be paid at clinic  to secure your appointment.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe via our booking system (Calendly).
• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To respect everyone’s time and maintain a smooth schedule, please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full deposit refund. If you need to change appointment please email me at thecircleoflongevity@gmail.com
• No Refund:
  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be refunded your 30$.
• Rescheduling:
  Rescheduling requests are welcome and must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Refunds (full or partial) will be processed manually through Stripe by the clinic owner.
• Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals will not have their session extended beyond the original end time.
